Weekly High Performance
Para Athlete Group Sessions

Currently on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:30, First Steps Wellness Centre is funded through an enhanced service program by the Canadian Sport Centre of Saskatchewan to provide group training to people who are participating in para sport.  The program is led by Andrew Schmidt with the help of volunteers.  The program is a great place to see peers with similar injuries training hard to better their performance in their respective sport.

If you want to give the program a try, contact Joel Colter at joelc@fswcregina.ca or at 306-522-3792
